When your card arrives, we carefully inspect it under the microscope and create a detailed damage report. You’ll receive this report along with an invoice for any repairable issues, so you know exactly what can be restored.
Once you approve the repairs, we get to work restoring your card to its best form. The process usually takes 1–2 weeks, and when it’s complete, your card will be carefully shipped back to you, ready to shine.
